(When puppies eyes first open, they appear blue. This is because of
the
absence of melanin in the iris at birth. The puppies' eyes will

Puppies start lapping milk.
I put the dish on the floor. The puppies' noses led them to it.
They are getting a mix of Esbilac Puppy Milk Replacer and Goat Milk.

Notes to our new families.
Our 8 week Vet checkup and first shots are scheduled for
February 15.
We will be able to go home the following weekend. February 19/20 or
21.
For folks who would like to come and
have a pre-visit in person,
I am thinking the weekend of January 29/30.
Alternatively.
We can do a Skype visit.
